Connect in the Claude app
Open Settings, then Customize, then Connectors, then Add custom connector. Name it CrazyCut and paste:
A CrazyCut page opens. Log in with this account and click Allow.
Using Claude Code in a terminal instead? Run:

Each Claude app or Claude account you connect counts as one. You can have 2 at a time. Remove one you no longer use to connect somewhere new (up to 3 removals a month).
Setup
once per computer, then just ask
- Connect CrazyCut to Claude (above) and click Allow.
- In Claude, open the Code tab, start a new chat and type:
Install CrazyCutCrazyCut goes into your Documents folder (about 60 MB) and every file is checked. Click Allow when Claude asks.
- Say yes to each video tool Claude installs, then start a new chat in the CrazyCut folder and type:
Check my setup
- It ends with Ready? Put a video in the inbox folder and type:
Clean up my video
Your videos stay on your computer. CrazyCut only checks your access and gives Claude its editing instructions.
